Overview: What is Six Sigma/lean for Health Care?
Abstract:
The purpose of the four hour Six Sigma/lean overview is to familiarize health care organizations with:
· the Six Sigma/lean methodology as it applies to health care
· quality tools that are included in the methodology
· successful applications of methodology
· deciding if Six Sigma/lean is appropriate for their organization
· training model available through the American Society for Quality – Philadelphia 505 Section

The fees include all materials required for the course. A morning continental breakfast and lunch are included in the tuition.
